King is a leading wholesaler and distributor of non-food consumables and disposables to a wide range of industries including healthcare, public institutions, packaging, catering, retail, and horeca.

Objective

Carve-out from Autobar through partnership with management to accelerate King’s growth. Organic sales increased by bringing focus within the product range and marketing approach through customer segmentation, while three acquisitions further accelerated growth and broadened the product offering as well as geographical coverage. Also operations were optimized through the implementation of a new ERP system and rationalization of the logistic footprint including the closure of two warehouses.
